We are wrapping up on our third patch of corn and will be moving on to the fourth and final planting. We are nearing our sixth week of eating fresh corn on the cob and can’t imagine a dinner without it. We peek into our freezers and wonder whether we are stocked to get us through to the next season. There are so many meals to plan between now and then and it’s better to be safe than sorry. So perhaps we have a few more bags of corn to shuck because we know that planning is so much sweeter.
